Mary Anne Kinane

Mary Anne Kinane is a Midwest-based artist, calligrapher, and educator offering art and painting classes throughout Minnesota. Growing up as the oldest of ten in Aurora, Illinois, she discovered her love of art early on and has pursued it ever since. After studying at St. Ambrose University in Iowa and earning her degree and art education license from Moorhead State University, Mary Anne built a lifelong career creating and teaching. Now based in St. Paul, she focuses on pen and ink, watercolor, and acrylic painting inspired by gardens, historic architecture, and the natural landscapes of the Midwest.
