Meditative Drawing

Drawing is an ancient human practice used to understand and record the world around us. It is also a meditative process—an enjoyable way to calm the mind, focus the senses, and see with greater clarity. You don’t need to be a skilled artist to enjoy drawing.

In this class, we’ll explore a different approach to drawing and practice several accessible techniques. You’ll be invited to set aside the inner critic and use drawing as a way to slow down, reconnect, and return to center.
