Spring Rolls

Learn how to make Asian spring rolls with Mandora Young. Spring rolls do not require cooking, and are perfect for summer!

This class will provide guided, step-by-step instructions, from rolling the rice paper to making a peanut sauce for dipping. We will use all fresh ingredients including rice paper, lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrots, cilantro, mint, bean sprouts, rice noodles, avocado, shrimp or chicken (optional). Each student will have enough time to make individual spring rolls and enjoy tasting them as well!

About the Instructor: Mandora Young

Instructor will provide the following:

all spring roll supplies and ingredients.

Students are asked to bring:

an apron (optional)

Skill Level 

No experience required.

Age Requirement 

Students ages 18 and older are welcome to attend this class.
