Learn to make your own natural paint out of egg yolks in the style of folk painting from Southern Sweden! Teaching artist Pieper Fleck Bloomquist has studied and practiced traditional Swedish folk art painting practices dalmålning and bonadsmålning for over 30 years, and blends these techniques to tell contemporary stories. Historically, paints were mixed from many different easily accessible ingredients, including egg yolks.
