Stephanie Thurow
Stephanie Thurow is a certified Master Food Preserver, with special interest in canning and fermentation. She is a Minnesota native and the author of Can It & Ferment It, WECK Small-Batch Preserving, WECK Home Preserving and the co-author of Small-Scale Homesteading. Stephanie is also a Hennepin County Master Gardener and a Cottage Food Producer. She enjoys being in nature, gardening, spending time with family, fishing and travelling.
