This class is a balance of hands on learning and demonstration by celebrated tea enthusiast and culinary expert Gemma Lockram who will give a tutorial on teas and hosting. In this class students will learn how to make a proper pot of tea, assemble a variety of both savory and sweet accompaniments, and then taste all of the creations. They will also go home with all the recipes and skills to recreate it for their own sweeties the following week for Valentine’s Day!
Tea sandwiches include cucumber and dill on rye and curry chicken salad. Sweet treats include chocolate dipped strawberries and miniature heart cakes.

Students are asked to bring:

A special tea cup if you would like to

No experience required.

Age Requirement 

Students ages 18 and older are welcome to attend this class.
