Having a daily artistic practice is a meaningful way to record and celebrate your life. In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn about diary stitching and will practice embroidering images that tell your story on an organic cotton bandana that has been medicinally dyed with goldenrod or indigo. You will also work with plant-dyed materials, and will learn about the benefits of wearing natural fibers dyed with herbal remedies.
