General Info & Policies
Cancellation Policy
Students who cancel their enrollment more than 14 days before the class date will receive a refund less a $20 cancellation fee to cover administration costs. In consideration of our instructors, students who cancel 14 days or less prior to the class will not receive a refund.
Certain classes may have different cancellation policies. When this is the case, it will be noted in the class description.
Classes without a minimum number of registrations may be canceled. If we must cancel a course, students will receive a full refund for that course. Please be sure that you are familiar with your class's cancellation policy, and contact us if you have any questions.
Materials Fees & Supplies
Many classes will include an additional 'materials fee' to cover the materials used by students to complete their projects in class. This fee will be included in the class tuition.
Student Ages
Unless otherwise noted, our classes are designed for and open to adult students (18 years old and older). However, we take our mission of encouraging intergenerational learning seriously, and so also offer classes designed for a combination of age groups. These classes will be identified through an 'Intergenerational Age' field on the class description. The instructor will define what the minimum age requirement is, based on the complexity of the class. Tuition rates may vary for adult/youth pairings, so please see the class description.

This Class Reminder email will include all the information you will need to take the class, including the Zoom link. Once again, if you have not received this email please check your spam folder.
