Using narrow strips of paper, learn how to fold beautiful three dimensional stars. The tradition started in the 1800’s by a Moravian math teacher, to teach his students about geometry. Students will follow specific, clear directions to make one or more stars and attach a hanger. Paper and hanger options will be explored.
Your instructor will provide the following:
- Colorful paper strips
- A wire “needle” made by the instructor for threading a hanger
- The Origami Resource Center directions for making Moravian stars.
