Mini Desserts: Big Flavors – June 15, 2024

In this mini dessert class you will learn the art of making small treats with delectable flavors, perfect for any occasion.

You will start by making petite cheesecakes with fresh fruit toppings of your choice. In addition, Gemma will guide you through making delicious brownie bites dipped in creamy white chocolate. Finally, you will learn how to make bite-sized glazed mini cakes. After completing the class you will have a variety of mini desserts that are perfect for casual parties and any other gathering.

Your instructor will provide:

• all materials and ingredients needed for class

Students should bring to class:

• Container to bring home your goodies

Age Requirement
Students ages 18 and older are welcome to attend this class.
