Let’s make a Granny Square Bag, Saturday, September 14, 2024

This is a fun, easy project to practice single crochet, double crochet and chain stitches while learning to work a flat square in the round. We will also be learning how to change to a different yarn color to make a multicolored granny square. We will complete one square in class and make a start on the rest needed for you to complete the granny square bag at home. We will also go over how to connect the squares to form a bag and finishing instructions.

I enjoy a fun, relaxed atmosphere. That’s why I always do my best to keep my classes fun and relaxed by making sure each student gets all the individual help they need.

**One week before class I will email each student a link to the free pattern. Please download it and print it out to bring to class.

Students should bring to class:

• The printed pattern
• US Size G (4mm) crochet hook
• A Tapestry yarn needle
• Sharp scissors
• Snack or lunch, coffee, tea or a water bottle.

Age Requirement & Skill Level
This class is for Beginners, someone who knows a basic crochet stitch or two. 18+ age requirement.
