Ever wonder what the difference is between Egg Rolls and Spring rolls?  Now is your chance to learn all about Spring Rolls!!!  Generally, spring rolls are a traditional Asian food, while egg rolls were invented in the U.S. and are inspired by Chinese cuisine. Egg rolls are often larger than spring rolls, measuring 1–2 inches in diameter and 6 inches in length.

Students will learn the basic ingredients, step-by-step instructions on how to roll the rice paper, and make the peanut sauce for spring rolls.  This type of spring roll does not involve cooking. We will be using all fresh ingredients.  Each student will have enough time to make individual spring rolls and enjoy eating it as well.

Your instructor will provide the following:

  • All the supplies will be provided by the instructor for this class.

Students are asked to bring the following materials:

  • Students will have the opportunity to eat their own handmade spring rolls.  Also to be considered, as your class is scheduled over a lunch hour, we highly recommend you bring a lunch or click here to learn about local eating opportunities in the area.
