All About Garlic (Age 15+) – Saturday, October 12, 2024

If you have ever wondered about garlic, how to use it, grow it and plant it, this class is for you.  Meagan will share information about the history, horticulture and the lore of garlic with you.  You will learn how to successfully cultivate garlic in Minnesota, and leave the class with a head of hard neck garlic to plant. 

There will be demos and taste testing of roasted garlic not to mention the jar of garlic paste you will make and take home after the class. 

Students are encouraged to bring their desire to learn and Meagan will supply the rest!

This class does go over the lunch hour so it may be a good idea to bring a few snacks if you think you may get hungry.

No experience required.

Age Requirement
Students 15+ are welcome to attend this class. Students ages 15 and older need to register and pay.
