Have you wanted to know how to crochet but been to scared to try to figure it out?
Join Carol as she patiently and supportively teaches you to make basic crochet stitches. This is a great way to just start crocheting. The class will decide to make granny squares or other types of crocheted squares to put together to form a small blanket or bag or scarf or whatever you fancy. This is a fun, easy way to practice single crochet, double crochet and chain stitches. We will also be learning how to change to a different yarn color if you would like.
I enjoy a fun, relaxed atmosphere. That’s why I always do my best to keep my classes fun and relaxed by making sure each student gets all the individual help they need.
Students should bring to class:
- Desire to learn something new!
- US Size G (4mm) crochet hook
- A Tapestry yarn needle
- Sharp scissors
- Snack or lunch, coffee, tea or a water bottle.
Age Requirement & Skill Level
This class is for absolute Beginners, or those who know a few stitches. 18+ age requirement.
