Fearless Writing: Poetry and Prose Unleashed – June 1, 2024

The act of writing should be joyful and liberating. Silence your inner critic and dive in to a new relationship with your most creative self. No matter your experience level or genre, you can learn to trust love and curiosity as your most guiding elements.

We will discuss why we write, what obstacles we believe we face, and examine select texts and poetry by other writers, to inspire us. We will then dive in and free-write together. You’ll leave with your self-confidence boosted, ideas for improved writing practice, and some fresh writing samples to take home. You’ll meet other writers, too!

Students are asked to bring:
