Wynn Martin & Gloria Mueller

Wynn Martin

Wynn Martin has been quilting since 2007 and loves to experiment by designing quilts or modifying a chosen quilt pattern. She’s an active volunteer and past president at Minnesota Quilters and also a member at Minnesota Contemporary Quilters. She works at Glad Creations quilt shop in Minneapolis and will be there until the store closes in 2019. Over the past decade she has finished 40+ quilts and has many more works in process.



Gloria Mueller (Assistant)

Gloria Mueller retired from teaching in Stillwater a year and a half ago.  She’s been sewing since grade school, but since retirement she has focused more time on quilting and sewing.   Gloria was tutored in hand quilting by her aunt, who used to complete 25 quilts a year.  Over the past few years Gloria has attended retreats at Camp Lebanon (Upsala, MN) and classes at the Bear Patch in White Bear Lake, where she has learned a variety quilting techniques.   She loves to help people acquire the skills to enjoy this great hobby.

Have you always wanted to try quilting and found the thought of it intimidating? Are you an experienced quilter and want to polish your skills?  With the guidance of expert quilter Wynn Martin, you will enjoy reviewing the basics and create an oversized block quilt suitable for a baby quilt or wall hanging.
