Maddy Bartsch

Maddy Bartsch is a fiber artist, educator and sustainable fiber systems organizer working to bring awareness and action to systems that take into account the true cost and impact of our textile consumptions. Co-founder and Director of the Three Rivers Fibershed, an affiliate branch of Fibershed which works to create soil-to-soil fiber systems within strategic geographies. Maddy regularly teaches at the Textile Center of Minnesota https://textilecentermn.org/ and the Weavers Guild of Minnesota https://www.weaversguildmn.org/, where she is President-Elect.
