Betsy Nelson

Betsy works as a freelance food stylist and recipe developer and in her spare time channels her creativeness into wool felting, gardening, cooking and wood spoon carving.  She has always had a crafty side and has been working with fibers for the last 15 years for fun and relaxation. Wool felting is a magical and rewarding craft and she enjoys making approachable projects with wool. She has a degree in Studio Arts and Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has worked as a professional chef, including at the Aveda Spa and Retreat Center in Osceola, WI.
