Beth Dooley


Beth Dooley has covered the local food scene in the Northern Heartland for thirty years. Her writings regularly appear in the Minneapolis Star Tribune and she has appeared on local television and radio. She has written or co-written numerous cookbooks, including ‘Savory Sweet’ and most recently ‘The Sioux Chef’s Indigenous Kitchen’. Beth teaches classes for all ages, including at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, and also guides food trips for Wilderness Inquiry https://www.wildernessinquiry.org/.
