macrame wall hanging

For the love of knots, let’s learn about macrame! This class is designed to help beginners learn some basic knots in order to create a decorative wall hanging.

Students will get lots of practice making lark’s head, square, half hitch, and other knots, then finish by combing out the ends. Creativity is encouraged, and students can choose from a variety of colors to make their wall hanging.

Once you know how to make the knots, you can continue creating new designs at home.

Your instructor will provide the following materials:

  • Wood dowel
  • Macrame cord
  • Comb
  • Scissors, tape, and hooks to hold your work

Students are asked to bring:
