Introduction to Wet Felting (In-Person) April 22, 2023

Explore the fundamentals of the ancient technique of wet felting. Using modern materials, learn to lay out wool, the steps to create quality felt, and build a foundation for more complex felting projects. This is a great class for beginners and those who’d like to improve their felt-making skills. Students will go home with two or three samples of decorated felt to display or use as inspiration in future projects.

Students are asked to bring the following:

• 2-3 hand towels
• 1 old bath towel
• plastic bag to carry home wet items
• bag lunch
• Optional: apron.

*Note: Some physical stamina needed for felting classes.

Skill Level
No experience required.

Age Requirement
Students 18 and older are welcome to join.
