Exploring Your Intuition – Saturday, October 26, 2024

We are all intuitive. Each of us is born with a little voice inside willing and wanting to guide us to the next right thing. All too often, our logical mind takes over and talks us out of what to truly know.  How can we start listening to our inner voice more? How can we start acting more on our intuition? I call them nudges. I have learned when the Universe gives me a nudge – if I listen – good things happen.

Participants will take away a deepened knowledge of the types of intuition, practical ways to enhance intuition, and daily practices to enhance the mind, body, and spirit connection.

This class will include light movement, meditation, small group discussion, and some journaling.

Students are asked to bring:

Skill Level
– All levels are welcome – No prior knowledge is required.

Age Requirement
Students ages 18 and older are welcome to attend this class.
