Get ready for spring planting!
In this class, Companion Planting, you will learn the secrets and science of how flowers can help you grow healthier vegetables. The practice of companion planting is making a comeback with organic home gardeners- and for good reason! With a few key flowers; some to attract beneficial insects and some to repel pests, you can help your vegetables flourish while adding beauty to the space. Locally saved seeds and cultivation tips included. Be ready to plant your best garden yet!
We are excited to offer two classes on gardening in one day. You can take just one class, or bundle both together and reap a $20 discount, and the knowledge of how some herbal tea plants make great companion plants! Both classes taught by Forks in the Dirt founder, Michelle Bruhn.
- If you are taking just this class, register for the $50 ticket below.
- If you register for both gardening classes (Companion Planting + Herbal Tea Gardening) please register for the $40 ticket for each class.
General Age Policy:
All classes are for adults (18+) unless otherwise noted.
Be aware we may cancel 5 days before class date if a minimum number of registrations not reached. We work to balance teachers' need to plan for a class with students' busy schedules -- not an easy task. Please register as early as possible!
