Amanda Yadav

Amanda is a Minnesota native who grew up in a family of gardeners and started growing microgreens to keep her green thumb in shape during the long Minnesota winters. She now owns Fiddlehead Farm LLC and grows a menu of over 45 different varieties of microgreens for restaurants, co-ops and farmers markets in the Twin Cities area.
