“Be still and the Earth will Speak to you"
Come experience the joy of Spring emerging! We are delighted to offer a Spring Forest Bathing class in person on the River Trail along the beautiful St. Croix River. Come out of pandemic isolation and winter hibernation to connect with nature and reawaken your senses body mind and spirit in the Forest’s essence.
Chris, a certified Forest Therapy Guide, along with her co-guide nature, will guide a short distance walk, stopping periodically for participants to experience a series of invitations that immerse and anchor them in the present moment with all senses in the essence of Spring!
Breathe, relax, explore and discover health and well being through deep nature connection both within and without.
The walk will culminate with a tea ceremony, helping participants close the walk and integrate their experience. Participants will leave the walk grounded, fully present, and more connected to their own emotional, physical and spiritual well being. Participants will gain skills from the walk to create their own mindful Forest Bathing experiences to continue to connect with nature for their own health and well being.
