Here’s a mid-week activity to relax and create. Gifted artist and teacher Emma Freeman with guide you as you first learn about composition and some stitching and other techniques. Then using your own fabric scraps such as clothing, old bedding, your grandmother’s napkins or whatever, you’ll begin to create your own story. Part of the second class will leave time for those interested to share their stories and choices. How about a first piece that reflects how you’re coming out of the pandemic, then keep going to create a series about your pandemic experience? Or how about honoring your family’s history? The possibilities are endless, and Emma is just the right person to give you support and encouragement. Register here.
