We’re excited to continue our collaboration with Farm to Table Foundation, with a newly added February 23 class that is part of a series that you will not want to miss. FTF is bringing together three instructors — experts in cooking, nutrition, health and wellness, food justice, and food systems – for a fascinating exploration of your health, identity, culture, and the health of our environment, all as seen through the food we consume.
In each class you’ll learn some new recipes plus think about how the recipes you cherish tell part of your story and reflect your identity and culture. You will also learn about, and consider, how those recipes and their ingredients connect to personal and environmental health.
