Featured Class – Sourdough: From Start to Finish

This 2 day class begins on Friday, April 3 where students will get a sneak preview plus start the fermenting process. On Saturday, April 4 master breadmakers Bryce Johnson and Ross Safford will guide you through the steps of making bread without commercial yeast, along with instructions on the care and feeding of your own starter.  You’ll leave class with delicious bread along with the confidence to not only bake using your own sourdough starter but you’ll be ready for more advanced sourdough techniques, allowing you to bake a variety of sourdough artisan bread.
