Angel Food Heaven
Angel Food Cake (make or buy from a bakery)
Fresh Organic Strawberries or Raspberries
Home Made Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate or 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup of carnation evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Melt butter and chocolate. Add sugar & milk. Cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vanilla and serve.
Spoon berries over cake. Drizzle artfully with hot fudge sauce (or dump on a generous dollop, like me!) Enjoy!
